Joseph Fields is a Senior Wealth Advisor and co-founder of Shore Legacy Wealth Management, headquartered in Matawan, New Jersey. With more than twenty years in the financial services industry, Joseph has built his career on guiding select individuals, families, and business owners through the often complex world of wealth management. His firm is known for its thorough consultative process, ensuring every client receives strategies designed around their personal values and long-term objectives.

Joseph began his career in wealth management in 2002, fueled by a deep interest in investments and a commitment to serving clients as a fiduciary. Establishing Shore Legacy Wealth Management gave him the freedom to provide truly independent guidance—free from the limitations sometimes found within large institutions. Over the years, he has developed an approach that blends a wide spectrum of financial services, always with the goal of crafting and executing holistic wealth management plans.
